Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our biohazard cleanup services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who engages with Biohazard Cleanup Denver CO.
Services Provided
Biohazard Cleanup Denver CO provides professional biohazard remediation services including, but not limited to:
- Crime scene cleanup and forensic remediation
- Blood and bodily fluid cleanup
- Unattended death and decomposition cleanup
- Suicide and trauma scene remediation
- Hoarding cleanup with biohazard conditions
- Sewage backup cleanup and decontamination
- Homeless encampment biohazard cleanup
- Odor removal and neutralization
All services are performed by trained technicians following OSHA, EPA, and CDC protocols.
Service Agreements & Estimates
Before beginning any work, we provide a written estimate detailing the scope of work, estimated cost, and timeline. Work will not commence until the client or authorized representative provides approval. Final costs may vary from estimates if the scope of contamination differs from the initial assessment.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternate arrangements are made in writing.
- We accept major credit cards, checks, and insurance assignment of benefits where applicable.
- For insurance-covered work, the client is responsible for any deductibles, co-pays, or amounts not covered by their policy.
- Late payments may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a scheduled service at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be subject to a trip charge to cover mobilization costs. Emergency services that are already in progress cannot be cancelled without payment for work completed.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the nature and scope of the biohazard situation
- Ensuring the property has been released by law enforcement (if applicable) before cleanup begins
- Providing safe access to the property and affected areas
- Disclosing any known hazards (structural damage, chemical contamination, etc.)
Limitation of Liability
Biohazard Cleanup Denver CO performs all services according to industry best practices and applicable regulations. However, we cannot guarantee outcomes beyond our scope of work. We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing property damage unrelated to the biohazard event
- Odors or staining that have permanently bonded to structural materials beyond remediation
- Third-party actions affecting the property after cleanup completion
- Insurance claim decisions made by your insurance provider
Warranty
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 72 hours of service completion and we will return to re-evaluate and address any concerns at no additional charge.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
